• 2+ Years of Professional Automotive Technician Experience
• ASE or Manufacturer Certifications 
• Strong Diagnostic and Repair Skills
• Proven Track Record of Performance and Reliability
• Commitment to Delivering a Top-Tier Customer Experience
• Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
• Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
