Automation Project Manager

Are you ready to lead high-impact automation projects across industries like pharmaceutical, chemical, and food & beverage? We\'re seeking an experienced Automation Project Manager to drive success across multiple initiatives, working with cross-functional teams and top-tier clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead diverse automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing internal teams.
• Apply project management best practices to drive efficiency and excellence.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, schedules, and risks.
• Ensure all project deliverables are met and lead successful project closures.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in automation, control systems engineering, or a related field within life sciences, chemical, or food & beverage sectors.
• Bachelor\'s degree in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing, or engineering technology.
• Strong grasp of project management principles (PMP certification preferred).
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• 2+ years of people management experience, including performance evaluations.
