In our individualized ABA setting, you'll work closely with children (ages 18 months to 8 years) employing ethical, evidence-based ABA practices in a nurturing, center-based atmosphere. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Implement one-on-one ABA therapy strategies to help children with Autism reach their fullest potential by following detailed treatment plans, collecting data, documenting in insurance notes, and applying supervisor feedback during observation sessions.
• Support early childhood development (ages 18 months to 8 years) through enjoyable and engaging therapeutic activities.
• Work together with a collaborative team to enhance treatment quality, ensure safety, and cultivate a fun working atmosphere.
• Engage actively with children through varied play activities, which may include running, dancing, singing, reading, watching videos, or playing games. Maintain an energetic and enthusiastic presence to foster a joyful environment.
• Communicate positively and effectively with stakeholders (including peers, families, and supervisors) to coordinate activities, celebrate achievements, and advocate for necessary support.

Job Requirements:

• Capability to lift and move children in a fast-paced setting, including lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, squatting, quickly moving around, and running to maintain engagement with young children and ensure their safety.
• Keep therapy environments organized and stimulating, ensuring play spaces are tidy and inviting for the children.
• Multitask efficiently, balancing various actions, decisions, or conversations while prioritizing safety for all involved.
• Support fellow team members by collaborating cohesively across the center and region. This may involve occasional travel to nearby locations as needed.
• Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A minimum of 18 years of age and a High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• A Master’s Degree is required.

Complete the RBT certification within 20 days of employment by finishing a 40-hour training curriculum, demonstrating competencies, registering for an exam, and passing the board's exam.

Pay Ranges Based On Experience & Education:

• Masters: $16.00 - $26.00

For entry-level candidates, your first raise is earned upon obtaining your RBT certification, typically within 21 days.

Relevant Experience is a Plus:

• Childcare roles (nannying, babysitting, teaching, tutoring, etc.).
• Mental health professionals (QMHP, behavioral health technicians).
• Experience as a camp counselor, volunteer, or Sunday school teacher.
• Degrees in education, special education, sociology, psychology, or related fields (preferred, any degree considered).
• Experience as paraprofessionals, direct support staff, or life skills assistants.
• A strong passion for working with children on the Autism Spectrum.
• A desire to be part of a caring, team-oriented culture.
