Our client, a well-established public accounting firm with over 40 years in business, is seeking an experienced Audit & Accounting Manager to join their team with a clear path to partnership.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and review audits and accounting engagements for nonprofit and private clients.
• Oversee staff on engagements; provide training, guidance, and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies.
• Maintain strong client relationships; serve as a trusted advisor.
• Participate in business development and firm initiatives as part of the partnership track.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license (required).
• 5+ years public accounting & auditing experience.
• Demonstrated internal auditing experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-service skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $90,000 $110,000+ (flexible for the right candidate).
