The New Verticals Partner Integrations team is dedicated to our Merchant's success, working to build cutting-edge technology services that empower merchants to grow their 1st party businesses seamlessly. As DoorDash expands its scale and breadth of integrated delivery offerings, we are seeking talented individuals to join us and further enhance our technical prowess. DoorDash is looking for someone who wants a challenge, likes interfacing with top clients, and is passionate about standardizing & scaling products across our New Verticals business. We are seeking someone to join our team who can help design integrations for different types of Merchants, explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders, and assist our product and business teams in identifying areas of opportunity as we launch and scale. You will be expected to get to the lowest level of detail to understand our products & processes, as well as to think strategically about growing this business & function. You will strategize with our cross-functional DoorDash teams to build & operate a world class integrations platform.

• You will own the success of our New Verticals integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams and internal business stakeholders
• You will identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related blockers, providing dedicated account management for our Integrated Merchant base
• You will be the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our New Verticals partners, leading implementation and process improvement
• You will partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis, merchant insights, and the definition of new processes
• You will help shape the systems integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners
• You will empower cross functional partners by educating stakeholders on integrations and create user-friendly enablement content

Your responsibilities in this role are

• Be a Subject Matter Expert for DoorDash's integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds
• Collaborating closely with Merchants and Integrations partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful integration onto the DoorDash platform.
• Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with our partner's objectives.
• Lead strategic projects based on Merchant needs to uplevel our product offering and to contribute to our processes and documentation to continuously improve.

Qualifications

• Operational
• Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes
• Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships
• Experience in project and/or program management
• Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
• Technical
• 5+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks
• Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
• General
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree required

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

• For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
• For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
