As the Associate Chief Medical Officer of Clinical Operations, you will play a vital role in the success of our primary care model. You will supervise and train Medical Directors within your assigned market while being accountable for center performance, growth, culture, and excellent clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the clinical outcomes and daily operations of multiple centers, ensuring they meet or exceed performance goals.
• Mentor and develop Medical Directors to achieve outstanding clinical results.
• Foster a strong physician culture that embodies ChenMed’s core values and service standards.
• Assist in talent development for PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Clinical Centers of Excellence (COE) for practitioner training and recruitment.
• Build and maintain relationships with payers, specialists, and community stakeholders.
• Monitor market culture and address workplace concerns promptly.
• Engage in quality and performance improvement initiatives alongside the Regional President.
• Deliver direct patient care as a Primary Care Provider (PCP) for a portion of your time.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required; 3 years preferred.
• Leadership experience as a Medical Director or in a similar role is a strong plus.
• Board Certified in your specialty preferred.
• Active medical license to practice.
• Proven track record of managing complex care and engaging in population health.
