About the Role: As an Associate Attorney, you will play a key role in litigating high-stakes class actions involving consumer protection, financial services fraud, deceptive advertising, and related areas. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of class action experience, strong legal writing skills, and a commitment to holding powerful entities accountable through aggressive, strategic litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Work on all phases of complex class action litigation in state and federal courts
• Conduct legal research and draft complaints, motions, and briefs
• Participate in discovery, including written discovery and depositions
• Support trial preparation and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate with a small, experienced, and dedicated team of litigators

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, with a focus on class actions
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• A passion for consumer advocacy and public interest work
