What You'll Do:

As Assistant Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our kitchen and service operations. You'll work closely with the owner and team to ensure smooth daily flow, uphold food safety standards, and deliver top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen prep and service line operations
• Ensure food quality, portion consistency, and cleanliness
• Support and train staff on service steps and kitchen procedures
• Handle cash register operations and daily reconciliation
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Enforce food safety protocols and health standards
• Jump in wherever needed from plating poke to greeting guests

Who You Are:

You have basic food prep and kitchen experience. You're comfortable handling cash and working a register. You know how to deliver great customer service with a smile. You understand food safety and sanitation practices. You're reliable, organized, and ready to lead by example. You're looking to grow into a management role we'll help you get there!
