You will be involved in the overall operation of the restaurant, from hiring and overseeing team members to ensuring exceptional guest service and financial results.

Management Responsibilities Include:

1. Early morning availability is a must!
2. 7-day-a-week availability determined by business needs
3. 6-day work week
4. Knowledge and ability to work all positions in a restaurant
5. Lead team meetings, along with Restaurant Manager
6. Oversee Training Programs, train, validate, and certify your team
7. Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
8. Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
9. Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement
10. Communicates restaurant priorities, goals, and results to restaurant team members
11. Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing, and sampling
12. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment enforcing food safety, sanitation, and complying with all applicable laws
13. Control costs to help maximize profitability
14. Ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards
15. Completion of supplier and vendor orders
16. Conduct assessments and corresponding action plans
17. Ensure restaurant budget is met
18. Manages cash over/short and ensures team members are following cash management policies
