We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 6130 Roswell Road location in Sandy Springs, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management

Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve performance goals

Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times

Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply orders

Assist in creating staff schedules and managing payroll

Implement and maintain company policies and procedures

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally

Participate in hiring, training, and developing new team members

Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the facility

Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance

Assist in preparing reports and presenting information to upper management

Proven track record in a customer-facing role
