Assistant Equipment Technician

Chateau Golf and Country Club is seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Assistant Equipment Technician. We are looking for someone eager to learn and grow in the turf equipment maintenance industry.

Job Description:

• Be trained to grind reels, sharpen blades, set cutting heights, and perform preventive maintenance
• Assist in larger equipment repairs and diagnostics under the guidance of the Equipment Manager
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support the overall maintenance of golf course equipment, including mowers, utility vehicles, and small engines
• Be available to work occasionally on weekends and during golf outings as needed

Qualifying Skills:

• A mechanically minded individual who enjoys working with their hands
• A team player who is reliable, detail-oriented, and open to learning
• Someone with basic tool knowledge and a desire to build a career in equipment maintenance
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
