Assembly Technician

Production Associate

Location: Concord, NH (On-site)

Pay: $18-$23/hr

We are hiring Production Associates to support the manufacturing and assembly of high-frequency power components and custom coils. This role involves hands-on work with small parts, soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly. Training is provided, and candidates will work in a clean, organized environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and solder components according to specifications
• Prepare and label materials for production
• Ensure product quality and compliance with documentation
• Accurately record time and follow production processes
• Assist with material movement between workstations

Essential Skills:

• Experience with hand tools and mechanical assembly
• Comfortable working with small parts
• Ability to cross-train in soldering, wiring, and general assembly
• Attention to detail and quality standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
