Assembly Technician (Aerospace)

Assembler Position

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Pay: $23$25.5/hour (based on experience)

Location: Broomfield, CO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our production team, focused on assembling and testing Wi-Fi modems for aircraft. This role involves working at a dedicated station, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and assembling subcomponents into final products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with hand tools and wiring, and the ability to perform computer-based testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble Wi-Fi modems and related subassemblies according to SOPs and blueprints
• Build and test 112 units per day, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Perform computer-based testing of completed units
• Disassemble, repair, or replace subassemblies as needed
• Assist in provisioning products for testing
• Inspect and test products using Manufacturing Test Procedures (MTP) or Work Instructions (MWI)
• Troubleshoot and identify failed components in returned or failed units
• Distinguish between production and rework processes and apply appropriate procedures

Required Skills & Experience:

• Professional experience assembling electro-mechanical components
• Proficient with hand tools
• Ability to read blueprints
• Comfortable with computer data entry and test software
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions

Experience Level:

Expert-level experience in assembly or a related manufacturing environment is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.50/hr.
