Assembly Support 1st Shift

Tulsa, OK $18.00/hour 1st Shift | Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Support team member to assist our production and assembly teams on the shop floor. This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations, including material handling, tool prep, workstation organization, and general labor tasks. The position is full-time on 1st shift with consistent hours and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist assembly technicians with parts preparation, staging, and movement between workstations.
• Organize and restock tools, hardware, and materials to support efficient production flow.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment.
• Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and team leads.
• Assist with light assembly or sub-assembly tasks as needed.
• Support inventory tracking and help identify shortages or damaged materials.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or shop floor environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
