Assembler

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform repetitive workstation or line assembly operations to assemble knife components into a completed product. You will use hand or power tools to perform assembly functions and are expected to learn all stations by the end of training. Maintaining a clean and orderly work area and equipment while adhering to safety regulations is essential. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly functions using hand or power tools.
• Assemble knife components into a completed knife.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Learn all assembly stations during the training period.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Manual dexterity.
• Good attitude and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Pass knife assembly test.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to work with small parts.
• Ability to remember and perform multiple steps.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.50/hr.
