Assembly and Machine Operator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking Assemblers and Machine Operators to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly and machine operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler and Machine Operator

Location: Twinsburg, OH

Pay Range:  18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift, 8 and 10 hour shifts

What's the Job?

• Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Set up and operate automatic or semi automatic machines
• Make setups and adjustments while holding tolerances to specifications.
• Interact daily with peers and internal customers to exchange or present factual information.
• Work on routine assignments with limited judgment, following detailed instructions and under close supervision.

What's Needed?

• Basic computer skills and some assembly or machine op experience
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to work.
