As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Aerospace in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more.

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verifying credentials and maintaining awareness of individuals on the premises.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding incidents, observations, and/or concerns.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and other security-related tasks as directed by site leadership.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to established protocols.
• Support emergency response activities, including evacuations and drills, in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Must have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience, or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience, or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
• Must possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
