Our Field Leaders oversee multiple restaurant locations they understand the importance of strong partnerships with restaurant managers and how to run a great operation. What You'll Bring To The Table

• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing you get the idea)
• Ability to foster and ensure a food safety first culture

• The ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements
• A team player who can jump in and assist when needed
• Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
• The ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Pay Transparency

Pay range is $78,000 to $120,000, depending on skill level, experience and/or education. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
