Applications Support Analyst

TEKsystems is looking to hire multiple Application Network Support Analysts to join one of our top financial clients. Please apply for details:
*Skills Required:*
* *PowerShell scripting:* Automate processes using PowerShell.
* *SQL scripting:* Create scripts for identification, removal, and upgrading non-permitted technologies from servers.
* *Monitoring experience:* Reduce noise from false positives using in-house developed monitoring platform.
* *Network troubleshooting:* Research and escalate incidents impacting applications, collaborating with network support teams.
*Responsibilities:*
* Ensuring all production regulated messaging applications are performing and providing a stable platform.
* Management and support of all applications that enable compliant supervision review of electronic communications.
* Service delivery to all Supervision & eDiscovery users.
* Successful implementation and validation of application service changes.
* Maintaining support relationships with eDiscovery and Legal teams to make sure business strategies are consistently met.
* Ensures that business partner priorities are identified, implemented and communicated as it pertains to Supervision policy management.
* Interfaces with EC Compliance to ensure adherence to compliance requirements via technical controls and reporting.
*No C2C (Must work W2)*
*Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule onsite 3 days a week in Irving, TX*
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $48.00/hr.
