Job Purpose and Impact

The Application Developer and Business Analyst role is crucial for maintaining, integrating, and implementing software applications in our organization. You will perform software application testing, quality assurance, and configuration with minimal supervision, ensuring smooth and timely implementation of new software and updates to existing applications.

Key Accountabilities

• Application Configuration Management: Set up and manage application configurations to meet user and business needs while recommending improvements to application support processes.
• Application Development & Deployment: Engage in programming, configuration, testing, and the rollout of updates or fixes for application version releases.
• User Communication & Support: Maintain open communication with users, addressing standard and moderately complex support requests.
• Application Support: Conduct advanced support activities to achieve business goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with multi-functional teams, ensuring configurations align with project objectives.
• Incident & Request Management: Monitor and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.
• Vendor Management: Foster positive relationships with software vendors and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, typically requiring 3 or more years of experience.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong expertise in SAP ACM or SD modules.
• Experience with SAP deployments.
• Professional background in SAP support and consultancy.
• Knowledge of agricultural business processes.
• Experience in writing functional and technical design documents.
