Duties:

Handle appellate oral arguments and draft appellate briefs

Argue legal motions before trial and appellate courts

Participate in charge conferences and ensure preservation of the trial record

Provide trial support through research, briefing, and motion practice

Collaborate closely with trial teams to develop and support legal strategies

Requirements:

4–6 years of appellate and trial support experience

Demonstrated courtroom experience, including oral advocacy

Strong legal research and writing skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Judicial clerkship experience strongly preferred

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Skills:

Superior legal writing and analytical skills

Effective oral and written communication

Strong interpersonal abilities

Capable of managing complex legal issues under tight deadlines
