Providers must be able to cover both inpatient and outpatient procedures. NO cardiac liver or neuro cases.Floating sister facilities include:Bay FrontMt. ZionMission BayOrtho InstitueParnassusBurlingamePlease collect 2 references for the provider that the facility can reach out to prior to offering.Rate is ALL INCLUSIVEContract Length: 26 weeksWork Details:• Support staff: CRNA• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-Time preferred preferred: 2 weeks/mo - Will consider 1 week/mo• Patient population/age: adults and adolescents 13yo• Department description: Hospital OR coverage typically only takes on general cases on occasion regional cases as well.• EMR: EPIC• Skills required: Regional skills strongly preferred but not requiredPractice Setting:• HospitalRequirements:• Board Certification: Required.
