Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
- Staffing model of 8 Anesthesiologists and 23 CAAs covering 12 Sites of service plus 3 APPs dedicated to covering OB overnight.
- Diverse mix of cases including General Surgery, Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, GYN, vascular, OB, and EP, Spine, etc.
- Flexible s chedule 40 hours/week. Offering 8s, 10s, 12s, 13s and 16s.
- Additional compensation for Beeper call 7p-7a shift split equitably amongst team members. Physician in-house overnight.
- Competitive compensation package includes tiered base salary.
- Start Date Bonus up to $75K and relocation assistance available.
- Time Away From Practice starting at 8 weeks with no waiting period.
- Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium pay rate if clinician offers to pick-up additional shift(s).
- Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, Long-term/short-term disability, Life insurance, and FSA.
- Tuition reimbursement, loan repayment and $2500 CME annually.
- 401(k) Company match starting at 3% and increases with years of service.
