What We Offer You

• Join a Stable, Busy Group: Onboard and work with 33 anesthesiologists contracted to several hospitals and ASCs in San Luis Obispo County
• Full-Scope Clinical Practice: Bread-and-butter anesthesia plus ortho, general surgery, vascular, GI, cardiac, and trauma
• Predictable Schedule & Light Call: 40-hour workweeks, 1 weekday call per week, and 1 weekend call per month—usually taken from home
• Generous Compensation: most physicians earn between $600,000-$800,000 annually, plus enjoy a $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Ample Time Off: Enjoy a robust PTO package with increases for partners
• Path to Partnership: Partnership opportunities are available in the first year for those interested

Candidate Requirements

• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology
• Must be an MD or DO with a valid U.S. medical license
• Comfortable with OB, central lines, and regional blocks (training available if needed)
