General Purpose: The Store Finance Analyst will support core G&A financial processes and lead critical financial analysis for the Store Finance team. The Finance Analyst will report to the Director of Store Finance. This position will manage critical financial processes like month-end close, forecast, budget, 5-year plan and perform ad-hoc requests. This position will be required to regularly partner and interact with Store Finance Leadership. The base salary range for this role is $68,640 - $97,450. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
Essential Functions:
- Support G&A Accounts for Stores Corporate and Field teams
- Facilitate month-end close
- Support the development of the G&A budget and 5-year plan
- Maintain Field and Corporate workload/complexity models
- Maintain Contractor/Staffing and Capitalized G&A Labor models
- Assist in creating standard documentation of financial processes and templates
- Lead and provide support for other analysis and reporting as needed

Qualifications and Special Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree required (preferably in an analytical field)
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience, with planning and forecasting experience desirable
- A clear understanding of basic financial concepts
- Detail oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Strong analytical ability - must be able to synthesize data, be able to error check and reconcile own work and be able to design analysis to answer specific questions
- Ability to cope with pressure, multiple tasks, deadlines and rapidly changing priorities
- Build relationships with a wide variety of internal contacts
- Ability to effectively communicate and partner with multiple levels from peer to Senior Leaders
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.); Access Database experience desired but not required
- Must be trustworthy with confidential data and other information
Physical Requirements/ADA:
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc. Consistent timeliness and regular attendance. Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically. This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work.
