Sales and Marketing Analyst, Media Acquisition

Are you passionate about performance marketing and curious about the data behind paid media campaigns? Join Hilton as an Analyst, Media Acquisition, and help drive ROAS across Paid Search, Metasearch, and Affiliate channels. You will report to the Senior Manager, Metasearch.

You have foundational experience in digital media, are organized, and eager to grow. You'll help maintain an up-to-date pipeline of media projects, tests, and optimizations, and support daily campaign management tasks such as pacing, change logs, and performance monitoring. You'll collaborate with agencies and our teams to ensure campaigns are running efficiently.

As part of Hilton's Media Acquisition team, you'll help compile reports, surface insights, and streamline processes that support strategic media decisions. Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Monitor daily performance across Paid Search, Metasearch, and Affiliate channels
• Partner with agencies to ensure campaigns are launched and optimized.
• Support budget tracking across channels
• Identify performance trends and contribute to weekly/monthly reporting decks
• Help maintain documentation and process improvements for campaign execution

How you will collaborate with others:

• Work with agency partners to manage campaign execution and reporting
• Collaborate with channel leads and senior managers to support testing initiatives and performance reviews

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Weekly and monthly performance reporting across Paid Search, Metasearch, and Affiliate
• Assist in test-and-learn initiatives and performance deep-dives
• Help document and refine processes for campaign setup and reporting

Why you'll be a great fit:

You have these minimum qualifications:

• One (1) year of work experience in digital media - paid search or metasearch.
• Experience managing multiple deliverables and deadlines with your team.
• You have experience leveraging campaign data for performance storytelling.
• Familiarity with media platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Rakuten).
• Experience with reporting tools such as Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau.
• Hybrid work schedule from Dallas, TX or McLean, VA (3 days per week).

It would be useful if you have:

• Experience working with agencies or in a matrixed organization.
• Exposure to media planning or campaign trafficking.
