AM Line Cook

The AM Line Cook plays an essential role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests at Cambria Downtown Austin. This position is responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch menu items according to established recipes and standards. The AM Line Cook ensures food is prepared with consistency, quality, and efficiency while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous line cook or culinary experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of breakfast and lunch preparation, cooking techniques, and proper food handling.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion controls, and plating standards consistently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Compensation Range: $17.00/Hr. - $22.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
