JOB SUMMARY:
The role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality chatbot conversational UI projects using agile methodologies. The position requires close collaboration with designers and developers to ensure timely, efficient, and user-focused solutions aligned with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead cross-functional teams in the agile development of chatbot conversational UI deliveries
Manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables using Scrum or Kanban frameworks
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Chatbot, and API developers to ensure quality deliveries
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and ensure timely issue resolution
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
Track and report progress using agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, DevOps)
Drive continuous improvement through agile best practices and team feedback
Lead the release management activities for production
Foster a collaborative, user-centric culture focused on delivering high-quality chatbot experiences

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience managing projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile delivery practices
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with chatbot or conversational AI platforms
Background in UI/UX or API development projects
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

CERTIFICATIONS:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP preferred

Education: Bachelors Degree
