Aerospace Quality Inspector

The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for conducting final acceptance and in-process tests and inspections on a variety of aerospace products to ensure quality conformance.

Responsibilities:

• Review purchase orders, customer documents, engineering drawings/specifications, and process documentation to prepare for quality conformance inspections and tests.
• Inspect and test products according to Acceptance Test Procedures and other criteria using inspection equipment such as calipers, radius gauges, etc.
• Perform cosmetic and other qualitative inspections according to internal and external workmanship standards.
• Collect and record inspection and test data; generate reports of inspection and test results.
• Prepare non-conformance tags as required to achieve corrective actions.

Essential Skills:

• Quality assurance and inspection experience
• Proficiency in using inspection equipment including calipers, multimeters, and dimensional measuring tools

Experience in aerospace industry preferred

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.05/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
