Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) - Cancer Center Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our esteemed Cancer Center team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals undergoing cancer treatment.
Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for cancer patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure positive patient outcomes
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
Offer education and support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects within the Cancer Center

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice
Certification in Oncology Nursing or relevant specialty (preferred)
Prior experience in oncology or a related field (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
