Advanced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

Join our dynamic team as an Advanced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, where you will have the opportunity to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex machine tools and equipment. This role involves working with electronic, digital, micro-processors, N/C, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and work with complex schematics and instructions.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop, implement, and upgrade preventative maintenance routines.
• Assist in researching and implementing automation technology.
• Lead and direct activities of team members when required.
• Maintain and repair facility systems, including furnaces, HVAC, and water lines.
• Conduct training duties and uphold safety and quality standards across all functions.
• Document and maintain detailed reports and records of maintenance tasks.
• Perform routine servicing of equipment as part of a preventative maintenance strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High school diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience in an electro-mechanical field; or
2. Technical Certificate with 4+ years of experience; or
3. Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electro-mechanical diagnosis and repair.
• Expertise in precision mechanical equipment repair and blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of robotics, N/C drive principles, and programming.
• Ability to draft mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Electrician's license or equivalent experience preferred.
• HVAC certification and experience with Lean Six Sigma fundamentals are a plus.

This position may require attending training classes outside normal hours. Candidates must also hold a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a fork-truck license.
