POSITION SUMMARY

As an Advanced Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients for cooking, such as portioning, chopping, and storing.
• Washing and peeling fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Measuring and mixing ingredients according to our high-quality recipes.
• Cooking food to perfection using ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Ensuring food quality and safety standards are rigorously followed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen by washing tools and disinfecting surfaces.
• Setting up and breaking down your work station efficiently.

You will be supported by a dedicated team and are expected to:

• Adhere to safety and security policies.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Communicate clearly and develop positive working relationships.
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period during your shift.
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Supervisory Experience: None required.

License or Certification: None required.
