We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon with a fellowship in Foot and Ankle to join our well-established, large, and collaborative multi-specialty orthopedic practice in Duluth, MN.

Overview

Our practice offers a comprehensive platform with a robust team of orthopedic specialists and integrated providers. This role provides opportunities to serve a diverse patient population and participate in community outreach and athletic team coverage.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Practice:
  • Be part of a robust team of 16 orthopedic surgeons and 10 NP/PAs, covering sub-specialties including foot and ankle, hand, shoulder and elbow, pediatrics, adult reconstructive, orthopedic oncology, and trauma.
  • Collaborate with 4 integrated podiatrists and 10 medical orthopedic/sports medicine providers.
• Clinical Excellence and Patient Care:
  • Provide high-quality orthopedic foot and ankle care within a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Engage in patient-centered decision making and participate in a comprehensive rehabilitation program.
• Community and Outreach:
  • Serve a diverse population with demographics favorable to a large practice.
  • Offer outreach opportunities and athletic team coverage for local professional, college, and high school sports teams.
• Work-Life Balance:
  • Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with a 1:10 compensated night call schedule.
  • Live in Duluth, MN, a vibrant city on the western tip of Lake Superior, 150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul. With a population of about 86,000 and surrounding communities, Duluth combines urban amenities with natural beauty.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedics .
• Fellowship trained in Foot and Ankle .

Compensation

• $643,000 . Hired candidates may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
