Adult Clinical Psychologist

Overview

Lee Health is seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist to join our comprehensive women's health team in Fort Myers, FL. The candidate will provide behavioral medicine services in an integrated setting to treat common physical and mental health problems experienced by mothers and families, including consultation, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. There will be some opportunity to provide didactics, run a support group, and teach residents within the same specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral medicine services within an integrated, patient-centered medical home model.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat mothers and families with physical and mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, CNMs, APRNs, and a womens health psychiatrist; participate in inpatient and outpatient teams.
• Develop services consistent with collaborative care; may include didactics, running a support group, and teaching residents.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA-approved program.
• Active Clinical Psychologist license.
• Experience in women's health psychology is preferred.
