Geriatrics Fellowship Program Director

Position Highlights :

• Leadership role as Fellowship Program Director with opportunity to shape curriculum and training
• 60% clinical and teaching responsibilities, 20% protected time for fellowship program administration, and additional time for non-clinical meetings and responsibilities
• Optional inpatient work
• Academic medical center setting within a highly collaborative Division of Geriatrics, Hospice, and Palliative Medicine
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including residents, fellows, NP fellows, and medical students
• Opportunities for both teaching and clinical care in the Healthy Aging Clinic and Geriatric Consultation Service

Compensation & Benefits :

• Assistant Rank: $200,000-$240,000; Associate Rank: $220,000-$280,000; Full Rank: $250,000-$330,000
• Sign on Bonus
• CME Allowance: $4,000

Qualifications :

• Board certification in Geriatrics
• Eligible for licensure in the state of California
• Minimum of 3 years post-fellowship in Geriatrics
• Leadership experience preferred but not required
• H1B visa sponsorship available
