Qualifications and Experience

• MD or DO
• Must be eligible to receive a medical license in the state of Rhode Island
• 5 years of primary care experience required
• 3-5 years of clinical management experience
• BE/BC: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
