As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support for the Executive Director of our Marillac Mission Fund (MMF). Administrative and payment related responsibilities will include:

• All grant-related and vendor payments: Submit payment requests, invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, and expense reports in a timely manner and according to the Payment Method Matrix.
• Submit accurate supplier registrations and supplier change requests in a timely manner.
• Verify that payments were made and input grant payment information into the grant database.
• Track grant funds expended by fiscal year and balance remaining.
• Reconcile grants paid list with accounting as often as possible.
• Provide reports on grant funding by type and focus area for internal and external MMF and CPPS Mission Fund communications.
• Help with mailings, compiling/printing impact reports for the sisters, delivering things to them, coordinating small interactive projects.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences:

• 1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
• Detail oriented and excels at multitasking
• Experience using Google products - Google Sheets (or MS Excel), Docs, Calendaring, Drive, gmail
