Administrative Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in the global projects sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting senior management. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Spring, TX
Pay Range: $29.57 per hour
Duration: 12 months (potential to extend)
What's the Job?

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings for multiple team members across various locations.
• Manage travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office Suite to enhance workflow and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve project goals.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in administrative support, particularly with senior management.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple schedules and travel logistics.
• Previous experience working with ExxonMobil is essential.
• Commitment to a long-term role within the organization.
