Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will support project and field operations by managing key financial and reporting tasks. Responsibilities include tracking and coding accounts payable information, performing accurate data entry for daily reports, constructing AFEs for projects, and monitoring costs for field activities. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills to ensure timely and accurate processing of information.

Required Skills & Experience
Ability to accurately track and code accounts payable information
Experience with data entry and maintaining daily reports
Capability to construct AFEs (Authorization for Expenditure) for projects
Knowledge of cost tracking for field activities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Basic proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree
Prior Admin experience in oil/gas industry
