Administrative Assistant III

Our client, a leader in retail and warehouse environments, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant III, you will be part of the department supporting aviation operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Hebron, KY

Pay Range: $17.75

Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Prepare and analyze complex reports and presentations using various software packages and databases
• Manage and execute complete processes of complex administrative tasks
• Determine methods and procedures to accomplish assigned tasks efficiently
• Support department operations with detailed data analysis and documentation
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication

What's Needed?

• Entry-level experience or willingness to learn
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in software applications and database management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
