Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a contract Administrative Assistant II for our Pharmaceutical partner in Arden Hills, MN.

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is between $30 and $31.40. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Lab Assistant II

Onsite

Job Purpose

Receive and disinfect returned complaint-related medical devices. The primary focus is monitoring devices being returned to the laboratory, checking them into the registry system, and prepping them for disinfection and device investigation.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Performs data entry of the devices returned

  2. Manage storage and retention of the devices

  3. Disinfects devices per the laboratory procedures

  4. Identifies continuous improvement opportunities for lab workflow

  5. Works cross-functionally to gather necessary data for complaint evaluation

Qualifications:

High School or equivalent and 2 years of related experience with certification in assigned area preferred.

Prior lab experience is a plus

Prior data entry experience is a plus

Pay Details: $30.00 to $31.40 per hour
