Job Summary

Set up, operate, and break down action stations (e.g., omelet, pasta, carving, stir-fry) in a timely and sanitary manner.
Prepare and cook food items to order in front of guests, ensuring quality, presentation, and portion control.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and accommodating dietary needs when possible.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station throughout service.
Replenish ingredients and supplies as needed during service.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as assigned.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Performs other duties as assigned.
