Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk II to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk II, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk II

Location: Portland, OR

Pay Range: $27.81

Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

What's the Job?

• Perform cash application functions, including researching unallocated cash and conducting daily and monthly reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the Credit department to resolve outstanding issues and ensure accurate cash allocation.
• Assist the Credit Analyst with creating customer statements, preparing payments, and processing ACH and credit card transactions.
• Send remittance notifications and run invoice files for processing.
• Support reporting and auditing activities, including generating weekly reports and assisting with monthly account reconciliations.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
• Strong Excel skills for data management, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
• Ability to manage files, perform data input, and handle various office tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
