LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to support our client in Kent, OH, as they seek an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a direct hire, hybrid position with a company known for its supportive culture and commitment to employee development. Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including entering, coding, and processing vendor invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Set up new vendors and maintain accurate vendor records
• Oversee and update the fixed asset register, ensuring all acquisitions, disposals, and transfers are properly recorded
• Assist with monthly reconciliations of fixed asset sub-ledgers to the general ledger

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to both accounts payable and fixed assets
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with SAP is a plus, but not required

Pay Details: $42,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
