Join our team as an Accounting Support Specialist, where you will oversee and manage high-level inbound phone communications and coordinate executive-level communications. In this role, you will support accounts payable operations by managing email correspondence and ensuring communications are routed to the appropriate team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage high-level inbound phone communications.
• Coordinate and facilitate inbound and outbound communications for executive-level teams.
• Support accounts payable operations by managing related email correspondence.
• Identify and route email communications to the appropriate billing or departmental team member.

Essential Skills

• Experience with inbound call management and customer service.
• Ability to handle high volume calls efficiently.
• Proficiency in managing disputes and collections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a call center customer service environment.
• Ability to manage payables inbox effectively.
• An interest in advancing in the accounting field.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
