Accounting Specialist

Location: Iron Mountain, MI

Pay Range: $18.5/hr

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Process supplier invoices in the ERP system (Syteline) for timely payment.
• Maintain an organized electronic filing system for all accounts payable documents.
• Match invoices to receiving documents to ensure accurate three-way matching.
• Resolve discrepancies with receiving or purchase orders by collaborating with relevant departments.
• Support month-end close, project costing, audits, and special projects as assigned.

What's Needed?

• Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of office experience, preferably in accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP software, such as SyteLine, is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
