Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support. Assist with tax preparation and filing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
