We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team in Cumming, GA! If you have strong accounting skills, experience with bookkeeping, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process payroll and maintain financial records
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate reporting
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare financial reports and support budgeting activities
Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years in bookkeeping/accounting roles
Software Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies
Organized & Reliable: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
