Account Service Coordinator

The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts.

How you will make an impact:

• Interprets and supports plan benefit design.
• Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.
• Makes routine account visits.
• Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
• Sales license may be required.

Preferred Capabilities, Experience and Skills:

• Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
• Experience with national accounts preferred.
• Experience in a client facing role preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $52,440 to $91,080. Locations: Illinois, Minnesota.
