Scaffolding Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scaffolding Sales Representative to join our Colorado-based team. Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the scaffolding and industrial services sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate and execute projects with a focus on seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Create sketches, estimates, and proposals using tools like AutoCAD or scaffolding design software.
• Manage change orders, logistics coordination, and troubleshoot on-site issues.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and standards.

Essential Skills:

• 35 years of experience in construction or industrial sales, ideally in scaffolding, access solutions, or related fields.
• Proven track record of closing sales and managing projects in commercial or industrial sectors.
• Strong technical aptitude for creating sketches, estimates, and proposals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Project management abilities.
• Knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites across Colorado.
• Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Commerce City, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Compensation & Benefits:

Vehicle: Company vehicle provided; per diem travel covered at GSA rates

Relocation: $5K$15K relocation package available depending on role & candidate qualifications

Healthcare: Health, vision, and dental offered; company covers 75% of premiums

401(k): Not currently offered, but may be added next year

PTO & Holidays:

2 weeks PTO in the first year

Sick leave per Colorado state law

7 holidays, including 2 days for Thanksgiving

Schedule & Flexibility:

Sales Roles: Travel to job sites; occasional work-from-home flexibility

Locations & Travel:

Active regions: Colorado, South Colorado, Texas, Panhandle, North Dakota, New Mexico

Sales: Open to junior or senior candidates

Business Development (BD): Open to candidates with insulation experience or Superintendents looking to transition into sales
